My
daughter-in-law, for example, broke her returning last season. My son, who is
often my model for the embodiment of my Fun Guidelines, can tick off a laundry
set of pleasures his associates of family members members associates have
received as as a result of of his mental health soulmate's "tragedy." Not that his
emotional health and fitness and wellness hasn't been challenged, but faced
with the choice of depressive issues and stress over an event he couldn't
control versus finding the pleasures looking forward to him, he has chosen the
latter.
The
choice have fun with everything is not a panacea; my son's choice did not
change the information of his soulmate's damage. What did change, however, was
his ability to respond to the damage and, thus, keep his emotional health and
fitness and wellness on an even keel. Experiencing everything changes people
because it allows us to positively control the only things we have total energy
over - mental health our activities, ideas, and actions.
There
